Hello,

I have created a Windows Form and One PopupColorpickerTool as a main menu in UltraToolbarsManager and it's working fine.

I have created a PopupMenuTool and under that I have created one more PopupColorPickerTool.

When I run the form in maximized WindowState, popupcolorpicker as a main menu works fine, but when I click on popupcolorpicker under the PopupMenu and click on More Colors, it disappears.

Same is the case with  Font List when Form is maximized and FontListTool is under a PopupMenu.

I have reproduced this on a few Computers and attached the project as an attachment with this.

Let me know if this is sufficient to reproduce the issue or you need any more information.
