If you want to keep the ButtonTools grouped together and you don't need them to display captions (only images), you can set their InstanceProps.ButtonGroup to the same value. This will keep them on the same row always. If not, you can set the LayoutDirection of their owning RibbonGroup to Horizontal. However, this does not guarantee that the three ButtonTools will be on the row below the ComboBoxTool. Depending on the size of the tools, it may keep one of the ButtonTools on the same row as the ComboBoxTool.
