Ribbon - Child MDI form's toolbar

Hi,

I have a ribbon control on my mdi parent form.

On the mdi child forms, when I open them up, their toolbar disappears.

Why is this happening?  Should it not merge with the ribbon or at least remain on the child form?

How do I fix this?

    Never mind.  I did a search in these forums and found out that all I have to do is set the MDIMergeable property to false on the ribbon ultratoolbarmanager.
