How can I prevent floating pane to appear in windows list when switching with Alt Tab.
Or how can i set floating window pane icon to same application icon ?

The floating panes should not be appearing in the Alt-Tab dialog. This is a bug and I would recommend submitting it to the support group: http://ko.infragistics.com/gethelp.
