I would like to have a scrollable panel with the exact same behaviour as theWindows Forms Panel, but with stylable scrollbars.
Is there an Infragistics container control with stylable scrollbars that could be used?Or is there a way to style a common Scrollbar?

No, not yet. But we expect to include the new UltraPanel in NetAdvantage 2009 Vol. 1. :)
