When using our application on Vista machines, the windows border isn't correctly drawn (no minimize, maximize, close buttons)
Furthermore, on some button tools, the caption isn't fully visible?!
Everything works fine om XP machines...
We are using Infragistics v7.2

I know there were some bugs related to the caption area of the Ribbon in Vista, so you should ensure that you have the latest hotfix installed. I'm not sure about the issue with the button tools in the ribbon groups, however, but it's worth seeing if the latest hotfix addresses this issue as well.

Maybe a stupid question, but when I go to your link, I don't see where I can download the available hotfixes...

Click on the NetAdvantage tab and then the NetAdvantage product key to see a display of files assocated with that product.Hotfixes will be at the bottom of that registered product page.
Contact support if you have any difficulty with registration or retrival.

I've installed the hotfix, however, the issue remains.
I've narrowed the problem down to the appstyling. If I don't load my ISL file, everything renders fine (Vista style).
However, I need the ISL to be loaded. What ISL properties could cause this strange rendering behaviour?
It seems like you're setting the back color of the UIRole for the Ribbon Caption, though it should be ignored when on vista and glass is shown, so this sounds like a bug to me. You should submit this issue to Developer Support.
I still have this problem even now - using 8.3.20083.2039. I have a large application which exhibits the problem but cannot repeat this in a smaller demo application. I have no application styling so am at a loss of how to fix this?
