I was wondering if the UltraToolbarManager supports split buttons in the standard toolbar (not ribbon) where one side acts as a button and the other as a dropdown menu. For example:
The left side of the button performs an action, the right-side (arrow) opens a menu.

You can add a PopupMenuTool to the toolbar, then set the DropDownArrowStyle to Segmented or SegmentedStateButton.
Just needed to look a little harder!
