1...is there any updater tool available for this.
Right now we have upgrade by --
1. removing the 7.3 dll with 8.2
2.By deleting the control and adding them from new version (need for handling the event handlers )
OR is there any better way of doing this

I'm not sure why you need to delete and re-add the control when you are upgrading the solution; simply changing the references should be working fine, and should also preserve any event handlers that you have associated with each control. As for an updating tool, you can take a look at the Project Upgrade Utility as well as the Project Ugrade Utility Add-In; basically, these will just change the versions in each project file and clear the contents of the licenses.licx file.
As for your final issue, no, you cannot use multiple versions of NetAdvantage within the same project.
