I am using the UltraOptionSet which contains 2 items.
How can i determine when a user changes the selected item?
I thought ValueChanged event woiuld fire if the another item is selected but it doesn't.

ValueChanged won't fire if you have two items in the OptionSet that both have the same DataValue - since in that case, the value does not actually change. So this might be an issue with how you are adding the items to the list.
ValueChanged should be firing when the user selects an item; this worked properly for me when I tested it. Are you doing anything else aside from simply adding items to the UltraOptionSet and then clicking on a new item?
