Is there a way to change the color of the images on the form control buttons (min, max, close). The 'X' on my "Close" button is black and I have a dark Ribbon so it doesn't show up very well.

There's currently no property to change those color, either through the control or through AppStylist. That seems like a bug to me, since you can change the background color and end up with the buttons being invisible or at least very hard to see.
You should Submit an incident to Infragistics Developer Support and report this as a bug so they can get it fixed. Include a link to this post so they can see the discussion up to this point.
