Report Heading in Grid PDF Export

How do I get the grid caption (text) to display at the top of each page of an exported PDF file. I've already set the CaptionVisible to true during

ultraGridDocumentExporter1_BeginExport.

    Try using the InitializeLayout event, but check the e.Layout.IsExportLayout property to determine whether you should set the CaptionVisible property.
