I have an application that was recently updated to use NetAdvantage 2008 v.3 and .NET 2.0. When a popup menu is opened, either as a right click context menu or from the main menu, it does not close if you click elsewhere on the application. This can result in multiple menus open at the same time and no way to close without selecting an item from a menu. When clicking on the menu itself it works correctly.

This behavior did not occur with the older version (Netadvantage 2004 v.1 on .NET 1.1) and it works correctly when the application is run from the visual studio debugger.
