Screen becomes black in color

Hi,

I am using Infragistics UltraWinToolbars. In that toolbar, there are certain icons. There is a window containing this toolbar.

If i move another window over this, the background window's toolbar area becomes black.

It is like the portion of the foreground window covering the background window becomes black in color.

What to do to avoid this problem.

 Please help me.

    Hello.

    I'm trying to fully understand the behavior you are encountering. When you cover a form which contains an UltraToolbarManager toolbar with another form, portions of the top-level ("covering") form are turning black? That is an interesting symptom. Perhaps the answers to the following questions could help us narrow down the cause.

    • What version of NetAdvantage are you using? And have you attempted using the latest available Hot Fix for the release?
    • Is there anything unique/unusual about how your application is designed that we should be aware of? Is it a multithreading application?
    • Are you able to reproduce the behavior in a smaller sample application? Often the effort to reproduce issues of this nature in smaller applications end up identifying the underlying cause.
