hi david,

Is it possible to create chart with some effects like color ( line / Bar ) between to points have to fill in timely manner(more like filling water in glass) . if it possible means please attach some sample code.

sorry, no. you might want to look at the WPF chart for that.
however, it is possible to use a timer to add data points to the UltraChart, which is sort of like animation.
