  Can any one tell me how to add the Short cut Keys to the item in the UltraWinExplorer Bar

    Set the UltraExplorerBar.ItemSettings.UseMnemonics property to DefaultableBoolean.True, and prefix the character that should act as the hotkey with an ampersand(&).
