Excel like look and feel for UltraWinGrid

I want to give excel like look and feel for UltraWinGrid. I want to have the button at the top left corner for selecting all the rows and columns in the grid. User can click on Row number to select the row.  The cursor while selecting the row should be the same as it appears in excel.

Is there any grid property for implementing this functionality ?
