Is there any limitation on the number of controls where the ultrachart to be added?
I added ultrachart object to a control where inturn this control sits in 4 more controls.
The dock property of all these controls was FILL. The problem was, the tooltips position on mouse
over was showing away from the data point postion in the chart area.
I had set the overflow property to Chart Area only.
Any possible reason why this behaviour shows up?
I believe this issue was addressed and fixed in versions 7.2, 8.1, 8.2, 8.3 and 9.1. Depending on the version you are using, login to your account and download the latest service release.
If this does not fix the issue, I would need a sample to recreate the issue so I can examine it further.

Do you know which version this was fixed in? I am seeing the same issue. I am using 8.1. trying to find out exactly which version I am using but just wanted to know which version it was fixed in so I can follow up with the dept who has to install the updates for us.

There is only one service release published per version in any given release, and I believe the build is 2150 (8.1.20081.2150).
I am using Infra 2010 v2.0, but i am still facing this problem. In my case i am seeing some interesting behavior by the tooltip. If i build a sime test project with single form in it and also form containing only the UltraChart control, in this scenario tooltip is showing perfect. But when i do the same in my original project where chart has to accompanied with some other controls, i am facing this problem. I have checked all the properties in both projects and they are same .

I am also having this same problem.This is on a non mdi form. the tooltip seems to be appearing by an offset equal to the width of the docked panel to the left of the chart. If I resize this width, the tooltip distance changes accordingly. I am using 10.3 winforms, but have tried upgrading to 11.2 - does not fix it. I've seen many forum posts that complain about flavours of this, but they all seem to come down to the same issue I think. I've spent ages trying to make a sample that exhibits this bug, but I can't for whatever reason, it only happens on my app, so it must be a combination of factors, which I can't seem to pin down. Also I see that infragistics personal keep saying it is a bug that was resolved already, but I've tried the latest version, and it still is a problem.

The mentioned issue was fixed a long time ago. I try to reproduce this issue using the latest version, but without success. If you are able to reproduce this issue in a sample, please send us this sample. I`ll be glad to research it.
