After we add a new row to the grid, the vertical scroll bar disappears. When we look at the filter row and click on the dropdown, we can select from there to access the rows that we cannot scroll down to. We found a temporary solution in the meantime - we found out that if we click on any of the header columns, the vertical scroll bar reappears.
Our scroll bar settings is set to automatic and the problem is reproducible.

There's really not much information here to go on. There's no reason I can think of why adding a row to the grid should make the scrollbars disappear.
My first suggestion is to get the latest service release, if you don't already have it.
If that doesn't help, try to duplicate the problem in a small sample project and Submit an incident to Infragistics Developer Support and we will be happy to check it out.
