From where does the red marked space (view attached screenshot) in the ComboBoxTool come from? We use NetAdvantage 2009V1 (2029) with the latest hot fix. The problem also was there with the version 2012.
The Problem also exists in the BasicSample from the UltraToolbars. Is it a bug or can i set it somewhere??

This has been reported by another customer and is Development is currently reviewing it. I recommend submitting a support request with Developer Support and mention you are seeing the same issue as Development Issue 18837.

We are seeing the same issue.
Development issue 18837 was addressed in a service release of NetAdvantage for .NET 2008 Volume 2 and later versions. I believe that it's also addressed in the volume release of NetAdvantage for .NET 2009 Volume 2.
You should download the latest service release from the My Keys and Downloads page of our website, and test to see if this addresses your issue.
If the issue persists even with the service release, then it's not the same issue as what was originally reported. In this situation, please submit a support request so that a Developer Support Engineer can investigate in more detail.
