We have the following serious usability problem with at least 8.3 infragistics Ribbon. By default windows uses left ALT-shift combination to change writing language. But if a user press the above combination ribbon undertand that you press the alt key and activates the Keytips mnemonics. The above is not tottaly wrong (of course makes the program almost unusable for data entry applications). Office 2007 uses the same method for keytips but with a small change if a user press left alt and then shift the ribbon menu doesnot show keytips. So under office we can use the ribbon (and the mnemonics) without sacrifice the ability to change the writing language.
Thanks in advance

Of course all the above make Infragistcs ribbon incompatible with microsoft one (except that its almost unusable in a multilanguage environment)
After further investigation the problem can be show also with other key combination. As far as i can understand Office show mnemonics only if you press only left alt for a few millisecs or if the left alt combination exists in the mnemonics list of the office application. Also Office doe not care about the writing language for the mnemonics. So if you have a keytip mnemonic "F" the exexcution of the underling job is independent from the writing language( the keyboard key matters and not the value of the key). The above is not true for infragistics ribbon (you must press explicetely the F key in English language).
The above is a verys serious problem for us because each time the user press the combination to change the writing language the key tips shown up and its not possible to continious writing)
