Can we set the size of (width) Ribbon Group manually.
By default it's width increases as we add tools.
Or can we set the group to occupy maximum width while the Form is maximised.

No, the group width is controlled only by it's contents, caption, and the available space. You can try to manually increase the group's width with a creation filter, but I wouldn't recommend it. It might interfere with the other group positioning logic in the ribbon.
Has anyone found the answer for this question, maybe?
