Adding text to a checkbox style in Grid's cell

Hi,

I have a grid with 2 columns.  Each cell can contain different style.  I noticed that when I set the cell display style to checkbox, I can't have any text next to it (like a traditional checkbox).  Is there any work around to this beside creating an extra column (1 column for checkbox and 1 column for text)?
