I have a grid with multiple child bands, and I am having troubles keeping the coloumns lined up.  For the first couple of bands it works fine, and the column widths not only lock together, but when I adjust one of them, the other is automatically adjusted as well.  THe problem is, with my last band (4), it is not have the same behavior.  The columns do not line up by default, and when I adjust a column in band 2 or three it has ne effect on the columns in band 4.  Please see the attached screen shot for more info.
