BUG: UltraTabControl anchored children not resizing
Anchored controls in inactive tabs are not resizing when the UltraTabControl is being resized. Only the anchored controls in the active tabs are resized.
Software used:
Infragistics NetAdvantage 2009 Volume 1 for Winforms with Service Release 2029 (dated June 18, 2009)
Visual Studio 2009 with SP1
Steps on how to reproduce the bug.
1.) Open Visual Studio and create a new Windows Forms Application project
2.) Drag a UltraTabControl on the form
3.) Create 2 tabs on the UltraTabControl
4.) On the first tab, drag a progressbar.
5.) Anchor the progressbar 4 sides (left, top, right, bottom)
6.) On the second tab, drag a button
7.) Anchor the button’s 4 sides (left, top, right, bottom)
8.) Resize the UltraTabControl. Notice that the button resizes accordingly.
9.) Save the form.
10.) Close the form designer. (e.g. CTRL+F4)
11.) Open the form designer.
12.) Notice that the progressbar did not resize.

This seems to be an issue which has already been fixed. So what you could do is to download the latest service release available for your current version or either download the trial version of Net Advantage 11.2 and test your application against it.
