How to disable window Maximize menu?

Hello,

 

I have a form with UltraToolbarsManager  on it. Form.FormBorderStyle is set to FixedDialog and toolBarsManager.FormDisplayStyle is set to RoundedFixed. So the form is not sizable and there is also no maximize button in the control box. But when I click on the window icon in the caption, it shows menu with Maximize item enabled. How this can be fixed? (I'm using NA 7.1)
