It's probably better explained with the picture.
As you can see in the picture attached, I have two bands and the band1 is a card view. When I click on the little gap between each row, all of the rows in the card view gets highlighted. Of course, I don't mean to click in that tiny gap but when I'm clicking around, my mouse just happened to land on them.
How can I prevent the grid from highlighting all my rows?

It sounds like it's the card that is getting selected. The easiest way to deal with this would be to simply turn off the selection of rows (cards) using the SelectTypeRow property on the Override.
