I had a user complain that the down arrow wasn't working to select the item in the list.

I have to say, its a bit wierd however this is what happened.

I have suggest set, with values of "Sales, Victory,Change"

The user's preferences is set for Sales so when the form opens it's focused and set at sales.

When user types in C on the form, the word Change appears below. However when the user uses the down arrow to select, it doesn't work.  I told him that because C comes before S, he has to hit the up arrow to select it. That works, however it isn't intuative.
