I am getting an invalid reference when getting cell value on a cell with a linked reference to another workbook. At runtime we will not know if the user has a spreadsheet with linked cells. Is there any way around this? Are linked cells supported?

Hello David, I checked for referencing cells behavior , and it seems we are not supporting loading and retrieving values at this time form other excel file. Anyway you should be able to get the content of the cell, and not the {#REF!} as a value. We are working to solve the issue with {#REF!} , but you need to retrieve the value of the self by yourself.
