Chart legend Autoelipsed when exported to PDF

Hi All,

Can someone tell me why this is happening. When i view the chart legend in the screen it is not showing any autoelipsed state.

But when i export it to an PDF file using  RenderPdfFriendlyGraphics method in the PDF the chart legand gets auto elipsed.

Can anyone please tell me why it is happening and any fix or work around for this issue, its creating a lot of problem to my application.

    is the PDF file the same dimensions as the control on the form?  because if the size is changed, rendering will be different between the two charts.
