Since there are constantly lots of questions about using the Infragistics Excel engine to import data into a the UltraGrid I have created a simple project showing how Excel data can be imported regardless of the Excel file version, and the presence of Excel data type settings (whether the cell contain number, text, date or just general excel data values).

Hello All,
I have modify and upgrade Monov’s sample. My sample was written with VS 2010 on VB. In my sample I also demonstrate how you could load Excel file that content merged cell as header. Base on the template excel file I am defining row layout for the grid.
