Can't exit edit mode after Item.Rename

Hello,

I call UltraExplorerBarItem.Rename() to put an item in edit mode.

If the item is removed programatically while it is in edit mode, the edit box stays there and eventually causes a crash.  Can you make deleting an item handle the case where it is in edit mode gracefully?  I think in that case, it should exit edit mode and delete the item.

    You didn't mention which version you were using, but I was not able to reproduce this with the latest 2009.1 service release, so it is possible that this problem has already been addressed and you just need to get the latest version.
