When my application's form is maximized, the form caption (this.Text) displays in really poor quality at the top. When the form is not maximized, the text is black with a white glow surrounding it and it looks great. When it is maximized, the text turns white and there is no glow and it looks horrible.
Not Maximized (looks good)
Maximized (crappy)
I have attached a sample project where I have only done the following:
1. Added UltraToolbarManager to form2. Set Ribbon.Visible = true3. Set the Form text
When the form is maximized (running on Windows 7 Ultimate), unlike Office 2007, the text becomes white and looks horrible. Office 2007 form text remains the same whether maximized or not.
Please let me know if there is a workaround for this issue. If not, when we can expect a fix for this. It makes my application look poorer in quality.
Duplicated using: Infragistics 9.2.20092.2049 on Visual Studio 2008, running on Windows 7 Ultimate (32-bit).
Hi Tim,
Do you still face this issue or have you tried with our latest ServiceRelease for 9.2 and can still reproduce the issue? You can get the latest SR for 9.2 from our website. If you need assistance with how to get the latest SR, please follow these steps.Since we no longer maintain 9.2, I would suggest you to upgrade to our latest 10.3.
ThanksPurnima
We had put in a support request and after a while this was resolved in a service release. We are currently running 10.2 and are NOT experiencing the issue.
Thanks for following up!
Tim
