Form TitleBar Appearing on Maximise / Restore of the Toolbar

Hi,

When I toggle from Maximise to Restore and vice-versa the Form TitleBar appears for a brief moment (like flickering). I have seen this happening in Infragistics sample application (Ribbon with FormattedTextEditor) as well. I am using Infragistics v7.2.

Is this a know BUG ? Is there a way to get prevent this ?
