Hi,

I have two questions about the UltraToolbarsManager:

1. Gap between RibbonGroups
Is it possible to increase/set the gap between RibbonGroups?

2. Size of ButtonTools on Ribbon
We use ButtonTools on Ribbon with MinimumSizeOnRibbon = RibbonToolSize.Large and PreferredSizeOnRibbon = RibbonToolSize.Large. There is an Icon (32 x 32) and the text. The size of the ButtonTool depends on the TextLength. Is it possible to set a width to ensure that every Button has the same width?
