How can I Add custom values to Y axis?

Hi everyone, I want to do the following

How can I Add custom values to Y axis?

This is because I have more than 5 parameters and each one of them have their own maximun, minimun and medium values. For example, for the parameter 1

Parameter     Maximun     Medium    Minimun

1                        1.28                1.25           1.22

these are the only  values  I want on the  Y axis of the ultrachart.

Is there any way to do this?
