Problem laying out controls on usercontrol

I am using 10.2 win controls and just applied the latest SR.  I had built a few forms and decided I wanted a re-usable user control however I am unable to drag Infragistics controls from the toolbox and put them on the control.  I can cut/paste them from another form but I cannot add them new.  Also they show up in the non-visual container at the bottom of the window.

I can pull regular control (button) just fine.

This is in VS2010 - Any ideas?  I'm stopped dead here.  I've tried starting over, reboot, etc.

    It was a DLL issue, likely from the Version Updator crapping out.

    I dropped all the references to Infragistics controls and then created a new blank form and dragged all the relevant controls on to.

    Fixed up the references.
