Form Text chopped off when enabled Office 2007 UI Compatibility

This is how the form looks in the design time:

This is how the form looks in the run time:

 

Is there a certain property I need to change so the form text doesn't get chopped off?

    Hello Igor,

    I was not able to reproduce this behavior. I attached a sample for you to look into. In my small application it is not of a matter if the text is Form1 or Currency Rate - it is always showing as expected in design-time or run-time. A possible solution of this issue might be to download the latest service release of your version or either download the trial for v11.1 of NetAdvantage.
