As you can see in this image my first band is fits the grid - the columns expand. In the second grid I'd like to have the width of the columns fit to the cell content. How can I do that?
Since AutoFitStyle is exposed by UltraGridLayout (not UltraGridBand), the setting applies to all bands. If you like you can submit a feature request for the addition of a similar property at the band level.
