We just recently upgraded to version 10.3. We have the unlimited license and about 12 machines that will be using for development with these controls. Is there an easy way to update the license on each machine and push the infragistics assemblies through our source control, or do we have to run the installation package on every machine?

You should run the installation on each developer machine. Otherwise, you may experience issues with licensing and using the product at design time. Using the installer also gives you an easier option to maintain and remove the product from the machine.
If you don't want to install all of the content on those developer machines, you can choose the "Custom" installation option and deselect all the features underneath the "Complete" feature. This will install a minimal amount of content which includes the licensing functionality.
