Hi I have a UltraToolbarManager as Ribbon and it is located inside
DeckWorkspace:ContainerControl and i show it via using DeckWorkspace.
It is handles Alt key press and shows shortcut keys but second key is not handled. Is it problem in Design of my app or it can be achieved by using some configurations of UToolbarmanager?

This seems to be an issue which has already been fixed. So what you could do is to download the latest service release available for your current version or either download the trial version of Net Advantage 11.2 and test your application against it.
