Setting RowEditTemplate CellProxy Field Max Length?

Is there a way to set the Max Length on a RowEditTemplate CellProxy field? It is basically a text field and the max I need it to accept is only 40 chars.

I just answered my own question. If I set the MaxLength in the UltraGrid the cellproxy reflects that :)
