Hi,
We just upgraded our project from:
VS2005 / .Net 2.0 / Infragistics WinForms 2008.2
to
VS2010 / .Net 3.5 / Infragistics WinForms 2009.1
Now, we are currently in UAT and the user (only one tester for now) is having a problem where the whole ribbon bar becomes invisible and you can't click on it. The app also uses the MDITabbedManager and the MDI child tabs continue to work. In fact, the rest of the app remains usable, just not the toolbar.
Obviously though, without the toolbar the user can't do much...
We can't reproduce this in test so I'm looking for ideas here as to what could cause this.
It has happened to him several times (about once a day), and we've seen it, but failed to get a screenshot thus far.
Ideas so far are:
1. The app uses a lot of memory (it needs it! no, seriously) and recently OutOfMemoryExceptions are becoming more frequent.
2. He sometimes logs into the machine using RDP from another machine and then comes back. (We've tested to see if this reproduces, but thus far it has not)
That's it!
What could it be?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
Hello? Any ideas? Please!
