How to make the column header to be two row height or more??

It depends on whether you are using RowLayouts or not.
In RowLayout mode, you need to set the colmun.RowLayoutColumnInfo.PreferredLabelSize on one or all of the columns.
In the standard mode, you just set ColHeaderLines.
