A user discovered an issue with the UltraFormattedTextEditor. The editor is populated with some text. The user than copies and pastes a value in between the text, the value has a newline character at the end of it. Once pasted in, the user hits backspace in order to get rid of the newline. After doing this the text on the line following the newline moves back to the beginning of the preceding line and you have two lines of text overlapping each other. Any idea what is causing this and how to fix it. FYI, we are using version 10.1 of the windows form controls. I've attached a screenshot of the issue.

In order to try to help you in this situation could you please let me know the exact version of the NetAdvantage controls that you are using? Is this the base release - 1007, or you have applied some service release after installing the base version?

I work for a large company. In order to be able to upgrade the controls, even to a new service release, I have to go through a lengthy approval process which may takes months to complete. Is there no way to fix this issue without updating?
I believe that you are not using the latest service release available for you NetAdvatnage 2010 vol.1. Could you please download the latest service release for your version - 2105 and verify the behavior of your application with it?
