Auto enlarge the ultragrid when the form is maximized

Dear all,

I am not sure whether this is a proper place to ask. I have the requirement that when the windows form is maximized, can the ultragrid or others control on the form can be enlarged proportionally??

    All Windows Forms controls have two properties, Anchor and Dock, which provide an easy way to make the control size itself along with changes to the form's size.
