Steps to reproduce this issue is as follows...
Add an event for 'AfterAppointmentsMoved' for ultraDayView cnotrol. Then add some code in it i.e. write to console or pop up a messagebox. Then try to move the appointments quickly, several time. You will notice that sometimes that event will not be fired. Why is this happening or what to do for it?

I tried this and it always works fine for me. Please take a look at the attached sample and if the issue still persists, what you could do is upgrading for the latest service release available for your current version and test your application agianst it.
