Ultra doc manger v11.1 is throwing ‘Out of memory’ exception.

After upgrading my project from .NET 3.5 to .NET 4.0, Ultra doc manger v11.1 is throwing ‘Out of memory’ exception. Are there any configuration settings needs to be done to resolve this error?
