Hi,

 I have created a UserControl using UltraTextEditor, UltraWinGrid (initially hidden), two buttons and a ListView and placed the controls in a GroupBox. As per UserControls functionality whenever i types-in any value in the TextEditor, a Grid containing the filtered data is displayed, but the problem faced by me is that the Grid is partially hidden due to the boundary limitations of the GroupBox. Even i haven't declared theGrid as amember of Groupbox. I have attached the snapshot as well.

I will appreciate the responses to my problem.
