Grid cell act like transparent in some machines

Dear All,

I have used ultrawingrid (IG 11.1) in my win C# application; and in some of the machines when the user clicks on a cell, the grid act like a transparent,  so the application automatically minimized.

But it look good in my development machines.

Please share your thoughts & solution for this issue.

    Hello Vasanth,

    I have been looking into this thread, and I am not sure what could be the cause of such behavior. Assuming that you are using the very same application it should behave always the same under each machine. If, for some reason it minimized itself on some of the user's machines, than it sounds like that this is happening because of some user specific settings on those machines. I have tried reproducing this behavior unsuccessfully. If you are showing a Modal Dialog or a Form, on a cell Click, which have their TopMost property set to True, than the Main Form could go behind the newly showed  dialog window/form.

    If you are still experiencing such behavior we will be glad to look into your application and investigate further, the root cause of such behavior for you.
