I'm using v9.2 of the infragistics controls and VS2008. I'm having some issues with the ultra toolbars manager on windows 7. When, the application loads in a normal window state (not maximised), the text on the title bar is dark with a white glow. However, when I maximise the window if changes to white text with a sketchy outline. Not very nice looking at all.
Its not related to my loaded style as it does this even if the style is not loaded.

I tried reproducing your scenario and you are right about the described behavior. I also found out that this issue has already been fixed in the latest service release of v9.2. So what you could do is to download the release of your version and test the above mentioned application against it.
